About Cluster Of Reds Snooker Blog

Hello, and welcome to the About page!

I am Cluster of Reds, am 26 years of age, living in London and love snooker! I have been watching snooker avidly for at least five years, especially after the 2011 World Championships, where Judd Trump took the tournament by storm until eventually succumbing to defeat in the final against John Higgins. This is my first proper blog and I want to give this a good go!

Since my humble beginnings in October 2016 where I bought a logo for £15.00, I’ve been writing snooker topics, controversies, countdowns, and previews. I keep track on the rankings, the venues, the players and the most important player in the snooker world, Dechawat Poomjaeng. Also, Barry Hearn gets the nod, I suppose.

I’m still going strong, with a BBC journalist complimenting my work and another individual asking me if he can translate one of my articles into Russian. I have no idea why either. This year I wrote and compiled a series of articles on Women’s Snooker called the “Sister’s Are Doin’ It For Themselves” Series which helped my blog reach 1,000 views in a single month for the first time!

As well as snooker, I also play goalkeeper for a field hockey team and support Swindon Town Football Club (and one of the very few at this rate – this joke should be applicable at any given time). I love travelling, dipping in and out of politics on a rare occasion and adore puns.

Here are what I hope is to come:
